At first, I thought this was a decent buy because it looked nice and seemed like it would hold up. But after a few months, it started showing a lot of wear, way more than I expected. For the price, I personally feel like it should have lasted longer. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I bought something from Silver and ended up needing to return one item. The return instructions were clear enough, so that part wasn’t really the issue. The refund just took longer than I expected, and I had to chase it up once before anything seemed to move. What I didn’t love was that there wasn’t really any proper human contact, it all felt a bit automated, which is frustrating when you just want a quick answer. I did get my money back in the end, so it was okay overall, just slower and less personal than I’d hoped

The design just feels old, and everything looks way too cluttered. I got impatient quickly trying to make sense of it all.

I ordered a silver bracelet from silver.uk.com and yeah, it turned up fine. Delivery was alright, nothing went wrong there, so that side of it was all good.
The bracelet looks nice enough when it’s on, but it did feel a bit lighter than I thought it would. From the photos I was expecting something a bit more solid, so that was a little disappointing.

I do still wear it every now and then, so it’s not like I hate it or anything. I just don’t think I’d buy the same one again. It’s okay for the price, just kind of average really.

The site does work for the most part, so I’ll give it that, but wow, finding certain items took way longer than it should have. The pages loaded fine for me, but the mobile layout feels messy and kind of all over the place. It’s not unusable, just a little frustrating when you’re trying to quickly find something.

The payment went through without any major problems, and the confirmation email showed up quickly. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as I’d hoped. I’d still use it again if I needed to.

Overall, it looked okay and the description was mostly right, but a few details were a bit off. Nothing major, but it felt like something that could’ve been prevented with a little more careful checking.

Just a heads up for anyone shopping here: a lot of the things I wanted were showing as out of stock, which got frustrating after a while. The site itself was fine to use, but it doesn’t help much if the items aren’t actually available. Hopefully they get better at keeping stock updated
